Anthony Fusco – CEO
Mr. Fusco is Legend’s Chief Executive Officer and Director. He has been an officer and director since 2000. Mr. Fusco has over 25 years industry experience in several markets including currency, equity and debt markets. For the last 20 years Mr. Fusco has had senior management experience in the financial services sector, serving as Senior Vice President at Tullet and Tokyo Forex Inc., Managing Member at Lieber and Weissman Securities, LLC and COO of Legend Securities. Mr. Fusco brings an intimate knowledge of risk management, and organizational acumen to the Legend team. Mr. Fusco has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Salvatore C. Caruso - President & CFO
Mr. Caruso started Legend in 1998 in order to service his financial planning clients. Mr. Caruso has been the firm's President & CFO and FINOP, since inception. Mr. Caruso has also held many other positions throughout the firm's history, such as Chief Compliance Office (CCO), Municipal Securities Principle (MSRB) and Options Principle (CROP / SROP). Mr. Caruso oversees all of the financial matters of Legend Securities, Inc.'s business. For over 23 years, Mr. Caruso has worked in the financial services industry in various capacities with a specialty in rules and regulation of securities law. Mr. Caruso has a Bachelor's Degree in General Business from Pace University and is also a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Investment Advisor.

Michael Petrycki - Vice Chairman
Mr. Michael Petrycki has been in the Securities Industry for over 30 years. He brings his extensive knowledge and experience to Legend Securities as Vice Chairman of the firm. In addition to being Co-Founder & Managing Member of Charles Street Advisors, LLC, he was the former CEO, President & Managing Director of Fulcrum Global Partners, a leading provider of Independent Research to Institutional Investors. From 1997 to 2000, he was President & CEO of securities brokerage firm ING Bearings America, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the ING Group of companies. During his tenure at ING, he was responsible for all activities in North & South America with over 3000 employees and annual revenues that exceeded $1.0 Billion. Prior to joining ING, Mr. Petrycki was President of Furman Selz, LLC which was acquired by ING in 1997. He also held previous postions at State Street Bank, Lehman Brothers and Drexel Burnham.

Carl Martorano – Head Trader
Mr. Martorano has over 20 years’ experience in the securities industry. He has spent the last 14 years as an OTC market maker and head of several trading desks at Bear Sterns and ESP Technologies, Inc. Mr. Martorano joined Legend in 2006 and serves as Legend’s Head Trader and oversees all securities trading. Mr. Martorano received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from St. John’s University.
