Public Capital
Legend Securities, Inc. is active in public offering primarily as a selling group participant. In addition we can help companies complete the due diligence process and make introductions to identify and retain lead underwriters for public offerings.

Loans and Lending
Legend assists small to mid-sized businesses obtain term loans and lines of credit for working capital, expansion, acquisition and other business needs. Many businesses today have difficulty securing loans at acceptable interest rates and they look to Legend to help them locate a lender through Legend's nationwide network of lenders. With basic financial input, Legend can quickly ascertain if a company's loan needs can be met. Our nationwide lending sources can quickly respond to the borrower, specifying required documents and scheduling delivery of loan proceeds in a reasonably short period of time.

Legend is not a direct lender. Legend facilitates the loan process by making an initial assessment to determine which one of our nationwide network of lenders would be best suited to meet the borrower's needs.
